1. Disclaimer

This app is designed to help you prepare for the U.S. Citizenship Test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

2. Content Accuracy

While we strive to keep the content accurate and up-to-date, some information (such as current government officials) may change. Always verify information with official USCIS resources at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates.

3. No Guarantee

Using this app does not guarantee that you will pass the citizenship test. Success depends on your individual study and preparation.

4. Pro Purchase

Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase covering the ad-free experience, the home screen widget, smart analytics with study streaks and weak areas tracking, missed-question review, and test history.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Pro does not renew and is not a subscription. You are charged once
  • Pro can be restored on your other devices using the same Apple ID
  • Pro is sold as a dated edition. The edition currently offered is Pro 2026-2027, which unlocks the features described above together with improvements to them and features released through 31 December 2027
  • Substantially new feature sets released after an edition’s window may be offered as a later edition (for example, Pro 2026-2028) sold separately. A previously purchased edition continues to unlock everything it covered at the time of purchase; purchasing a later edition is not required to keep existing features

4a. Legacy Premium Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions were sold before Pro replaced them and are no longer available to new customers. For customers who purchased one and have not cancelled:

  • The subscription remains active and continues to grant the same access
  • It automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings

5. Remove Ads Purchase

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes advertisements from the app. This purchase does not include Pro features such as statistics, widgets, or study streaks.

6. General Purchase Terms

All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policy. You can restore previous purchases at any time through the Pro screen in Settings.

7. Data Storage

All study progress, test history, and statistics are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data may not persist across app reinstalls, device changes, or major app updates. We recommend taking screenshots of important statistics before updating or reinstalling the app.
